«[fear]platinum» 1 marks the very first installment of a quite unique theme saga. It's bold step away from the "Perfect Mac" concept has paved the way for more natural organic themes to become acceptable. It ventured far from the shiny plastic/aqua/metal look that most themes at the time seemed to adhere to.

«[fear]platinum» was designed to marry the grey usability of Apple's "Classic Platinum" with a bold gritty outdated collection of patterns, and smooth white buttons.

While the theme has seen two very exciting upgrades to date, Fear Platinum's roots will always remain buried in this introductory Jaguar version.
